This facility is easily accessible by auto and via the 17 bus. The lobby is spacious and the entrance and desk entendees are cordial and receptive. The facility is well lit, clean, and appears to be well maintained and well staffed. The floor staff were very cordial, introducing themselves, giving their titles, and gave a synapse of their job descriptions. They are very attentive to their patients, as well as the family members present. The patients meals are served in a timely fashion, look appealing, and according to my cousin (patient), very tasty to the palate. The very best patients care is seemingly what this facility strive to provide. I and my cousin''s wife left the facility feeling confident that he was where he should be- in very capable and good hands. Place is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
We started off by receiving a warm and courteous greeting from the security desk. Our loved one celebrated her 75TH birthday in the dining room. The staff took time to see if they could assist us in anyway. We want to thank everyone for making our visit and celebration a wonderful experience.
