Central Parke: All-Inclusive Memory Care Outside Cincinnati
Residents and their family members at Central Parke rave about the excellent care they receive from the staff members here, saying the care and compassion have made all the difference. This memory care-focused community has several goals in caring for older adults with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia — offering dignity, empowering independence, supporting choice and promoting their well-being.
This person-centered approach is based on the loved one’s life routine and current wishes, not the community’s whims. That means customized care plans that can include health monitoring, medication management and a helping hand with tasks like dressing, dining, bathing, grooming and oral care. UC Health West Chester Hospital and The Christ Hospital Medical Associates are nearby for more advanced care.
Even the meal program is designed for calm dining experiences and healthy living. It’s based on Rush University Medical Center’s MIND Diet, which has been shown to assist with the challenges of dementia and reduce the chances of developing Alzheimer’s by as much as 53% (even with moderate adherence).
Central Parke: Stellar Services and Amenities
The HOPE BLOOMS Life Enrichment Program uses Montessori principles to design activities based on six pillars of wellness — physical engagement, sensory stimulation, spiritual support, social connection, intellectual discovery, and emotional expression. Residents do arts and crafts projects, participate in sing-alongs, hold dance socials and play with therapy dogs. They also benefit from special initiatives like Sensory Spa and the VR Bucket List Program, which allows individuals to travel the world in the safety of the community.
The Mason area offers lots of opportunities to dine, shop and relax. Excursions might take residents to places like Pine Hill Lakes Park, the Loveland Castle Museum and the Heritage Village Museum.

We are very happy and no longer worry about our loved one. Amazing, caring staff. Personalized care. Excellent activities to engage residents.

I would give them a thumbs up. Have a better aide to Patient ratio so that the patients get toileting more often and those who can't feed themselves don't have to wait for an aide to become available to feed them. Quite frankly I think they are almost as good as you're going to get. There is room for improvement but I'm under no illusions that anyone else does it better. The four has to do with my belief that they need to toilet the residents who need help more often.

Staff is not qualified to be an Alzheimer unit. Residents left in their own waste. Medication never given correctly. Families always told same 2 sentences-"Resident is doing fine and the resident has eaten". Management and Head of so called medical staff lie and have no training to deal with Alzheimer residents or the families. Facility smells like a urinal-residents lined up against wall while staff were on their phones or talking to each other. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE AT THIS FACILITY! Facility dirty-poor food quality-laundry always overflowing-never gave medication correctly or at all-no activities except walking them outside when the weather is nice and sitting them outside. The pictures on the website and on Facebook are not what the facility is really like. If there was a negative overall experience it would be a -100! Negative ratings for everything! AWFUL PLACE! There was no way to not give them a 1 star rating, this facility doesn't deserve a 1 star only a negative rating!
