Well, My uncle was there for the past several years, I can''t understand how this facility can get so many glowing 5 star reviews and at the same time get as many damning 1 star reviews?? I think there is a disconnect between patients with good insurance and patients that are paying their entire Social Security check to be kept alive and cared for. My Uncle passed away today and there will be questions asked. Seems like my experience so far has been way closer to a 1 star than anything close to 5 star. Time will tell.

I have had to send my mom to a few different rehab centers over the years. Usually, I talk to compassionate, helpful nurses/staff. That is NOT my experience here. Never received a call back, so called again (12 hours later) was greeted by someone less than helpful with an attitude problem. The huffing and puffing when I was asking extremely simple questions and status update. The passing off of the phone, clearly annoyed, was the icing on the cake. The staff should keep in mind this is already a stressful situation for families and should find some empathy and kindness. If you have a choice on where you or your loved ones go, I suggest looking elsewhere.
