The staff at this facility are angels sent from heaven! Valerie, the Case Worker, helped me find transitional housing after my recovery. The Physical Therapist - (I think Jasmine is her name?) was delightful, and appropriately motivating. Misty, and really all of the nurses were so kind and patient. The kitchen manager actually came to see me to ask about my preferences. These folks have a whole lot of unpleasant work, but they show up every day to help people like me. I am so grateful that I landed at Winsor and can confidently say they really do take good care of their patients.

STAY AWAY! The pictures and mission statement from this company is very deceiving. Besides 2 nurses almost every other person I have interacted with at this place are very unprofessional and rude. My grandma stayed here for about 6 years and she''s experienced and seen the worst care possible. She was taken to the hospital many times due to their improper "care". Don''t expect your loved one to be helped once they push that call light! Each time I visited my grandmother the cord needed to push the call light was ALWAYS wrapped around the bed in a way she could not reach it! Ive experienced CNA''s/PCA''s taking 30 minutes to an hour to arrive at a call light. They''re very under staffed/ over worked year round so they''ll hire just about anybody. I''ve once politely asked a PCA for help with my grandmother and he walked away mid sentence and never came back... I''ve seen an employee give meal assistance and just shoved the dessert with the main course all in one bite continuously just to get that task done and out of the way. We once had an online web appointment to see my grandma and we never received the invite email. We waited for hours and called the place 10 times with no answer!! The next day we called and asked the receptionist what happened and she said "oh I went home early" As if it was so hard to call us up to let us know it was canceled! Patients are constantly screaming for help and the whole place is filthy! Once you walk past the front desk the building smells of urine and fecal matter! I wish I was over exaggerating. I''ve complained about so many things over the years and there has been no change! My grandmother passed away and when we asked for all of her things back they couldn''t even give us everything! The social worker CELIA said it''s not their accountability, it was never on the inventory list! Due to Covid we haven''t been able to see her for a year and her desk was left with everything there... whoever packed her things away and put it in storage either threw it away or stole it? Who knows maybe another patient took it. I''ve personally seen random patients walking into my grandmothers room and tried to touch other patients belongings..The social worker said she''ll get back to us if they ever find the missing belongings. I highly doubt that. THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS! How are we accountable for our grandmothers missing stuff if we haven''t seen her in a year? And it was all there when we left?!?! When my grandmother got back from the hospital to live out her remaining days there they never even put her stuff in her new room. She died in an empty room without any of her stuff with her. I wish we had the money to get her into a better place earlier. I''m begging people considering this place to stay away if you have the money to do so! The list goes on as to why this is NOT A DECENT SKILLED NURSING AND REHABILITATION FACILITY.
