Amazing building and there staff makes you feel so welcome. And management is always ready and happy to help where ever needed.
I enjoy working at RMC Clearfield. If staff needs support management steps in and helps. They really care about the residents. The main goal is to give residents exceptional care! I love that it is an environment where team work makes the dream work!.
I have a family member that soon will be released. Seams that on the weekends they are short staffed. Also my family member hardly complaints. But she is not happy about their food. How can a person heal, when their quality of food is this horrific? Would I recommend this facility? Never....

My grandpa is now on hospice after living at this joke of a place for 5 months. The staff doesn’t care, they have missed giving him his meds almost every day he’s been there. Or they give him the wrong medications or wrong dosage. This has led him to multiple different visits to the hospital while he’s been living at Rocky Mountain Care. He was left on the floor for over 3 hours and was sepsis due to the lack of care. Rocky Mountain Care is a complete disgrace to what health care should be. My mom and her siblings went to visit every day and had to basically beg them for food, medications, or even a janitor to come help clean my grandpas room. Now, they won’t let another hospice care place come to lay him to rest because my mom and her siblings complained at a meeting with upper management. During the meeting not one of them could answer ANY healthcare concerns for my grandpa. Not only are these people heartless, they are unethical. I hope the favor is returned when they have loved ones who are in desperate need of care.
