I''m writing this review because I find it disingenuous that the reviews on the Facebook are no longer applicable, because this facility is no longer under the same management as it was when those reviews were written. This facility has suffered some incredible neglect from its current owners. There is almost no consistent nursing staff, medications are not being administered on time (dangerous), and while I was there visiting family, I could hear someone in the HR office shouting at another employee. I heard words that shouldn''t be spoken in professional settings. I can only imagine how these employees act behind closed doors, and that worries me at this kind of facility. So I looked up the company on review websites and discovered that this facility has a 1 star rating almost everywhere. Please remove the reviews that do not apply.

Horrible experience. My significant other was neglected when needing to use restroom..medications were not administered as ordered .. fell and no one arrived to assist..food terribly undesirable. Do not send loved ones here
My dad was not at Heritage very long (unfortunately he passed more quickly than anticipated), but we were impressed with the care he received while he was there. Would recommend.

I have been the Food Services Manager since May 2019. I have only been employed a short time but I love everything so far. My dietary staff is amazing. Great staff to work with. Pay is good. The benefits are good. But by far the staff has been very nice and helpful with teaching how things are done ...

The benefits are good. But by far the staff has been very nice and helpful with teaching how things are done on the computer. I came from a nursing home with paper charting. So alot of new things to learn. Even the staff that I have met at the corporste office are very nice. I would definitely recommend employment at Heritage of Bloomington
