Family Matters was there when we needed them and were flexible to adjust schedules when demand changed. My mom had back surgery and couldn't do much but their caregivers were the perfect solution. They helped with tasks, errands, getting to the doctor, and noticing when my mom needed rest and was doing too much. They were wonderful people who really did care about my mom. Plus, they give daily updates on a website so you can follow what is happening. We had them for three days a week to two days a week over a six-month time. If my mom needs help in the future, I will contact Family Matters first to help. I know they will be there.

After going through 3 other home care agencies, we fortunately found Family Matters. What a difference! They followed through with what they promised, they were very responsive when we had questions, and their staff is by far, the best. Andrew went above and beyond my expectations.I could finally rest easy knowing he was there for us. The caregivers were trained and compassionate. They were dependable and showed up on time. I appreciated the communications and updates about my father. The staff took a personal interest in my father and my father got to know them. I've never written a review before, but felt it necessary. If you are looking for a home care agency, save yourself time and heartache and hire Family Matters.

Family Matters team have been quite good. Nearly all the caregivers have taken the job with responsibility and passion for caring. The account supervisor is extremely responsive to frequent scheduling change requests and personally trains each new caregiver. While it is difficult to maintain a consistent caregiver staff, great effort is made to find and maintain the same care givers. Frequent status updates are posted on the site to make it easy for family members to monitor progress or issues, which I appreciate. I have tried 2 other services and Family Matters is by far the best of the three.
