Aunt was here during her hospice. My main memory of her now is her crying that her family can’t even be with her when she’s dying. All over the day me and my daughter could not stay because of the rules only allowing two and one was already there. I mean they bent the “rules” before for 7 people (all adults) and this day they decide to follow them. Because of a teen child being the extra. My aunt spent too much alone time at her end and complained about how well they didnt clean her up (I seen the food all on face n neck brace) and how they didn’t have “time” to put her in her wheel chair. They made her discouraged and wanting to die faster to get out of that place! Along with her saying she wanted to see a doctor but it took weeks before she got to. I hope the staff that was lazy and couldn’t find time and denied putting her in her chair for the whole day, feel guilty they made her not comfortable but miserable! All she wanted was some sun light and family time and real food/drinks. 💔 thanks to the free staff who she loved and did enjoy. Doesn’t take much to have kindness. If you hate your job so much that your making the the residence miserable. U should just find a different job.

I had to move my Father from a nursing home 8 hours away to Christian Park Center. It was an unusual circumstance that had time limitations, and would not have been made possible if not for the quick work of the admissions woman Jana, as well as the nurses there. She jumped into action to help me, and was beyond professional and pleasant to work with. Jana and team went above and beyond for my family, even communicating with me on her own personal time at home after hours. The communication and responsiveness helped get my Dad to a better life and close to his family. I felt Jana cared deeply about helping me, she was empathetic and resourceful. My Father arrived successfully at his new nursing home! It has taken immense stress off of my shoulders to know he will be receiving warm and hospitable care at Christian Park Center. Jana and nurses were there to make sure he will be made to feel at home in his new space. Thank you isn''t sufficient, I hope Jana is recognized as a valuable asset to the team and the company, as well as healthcare community. My family has had many of it''s members at Christian Park Center, and all of them have felt the care they received there was wonderful.
