Warning. Do not sign a contract. My experience? Tried to get my 75 year old mother a place here. Two days prior to moving in, my mother had a mental breakdown and was hospitalized. Her DR. Said that moving her was extremely bad for her health. Let Autumn Leaves know. We didn’t move any furniture/ nothing into new empty apartment and mother didn’t move. They kept the $2,400 dollar security deposit and even had the audacity to try and charge her another two times for rent. It’s bad when GREED pops its nasty head. Listen, the facilities are great, it’s just the greed. I plan on posing more about this sham on my other 100+ blog sites with millions of visitors. I’m not trying to be vindictive, it’s simply principle of the matter. You stole from an old lady on social security!!!! For shame on Autumn Leaves.

I moved into Autumn Leaves. It is very close to my daughter, who wanted me to move down here so she could take care of me. It's been pretty good. I've had a lot of help. The facility was very nice. It's not a large room, but it's enough for one person. It has a small kitchen where I can cook if I so choose. The bathroom is nice. It has a shower, which I like. Everything is pretty well within my reach, and that's what I would like. I don't need a big place. The food has been very good. They provide a lot of food. The staff members have been very good and helpful. They check on me and try to fix things if I need something fixed. I'm very pleased with this place so far.

This review is done by Mrs. Gina Novak. I can’t express how much I appreciate having recently spent 6 weeks of skilled nursing rehabilitation at Autumn Leaves. I had a medical/surgical procedure done 4 months prior to my admission, which became infected and life threatening. After an emergency surgery, I feel like the luckiest person in the world to have been admitted to A.L. There, I not only enjoyed my time with the most amazing Nurses, CNA’s, Doctors, Therapists, (Physical, Occupational, Speech) and Support Staff, my rehab exceeded my expectations. I honestly miss everyone there, but their goals are to send you home, if at all possible. I can’t recommend them enough. ❤️
