Today CMI took away basic comfort items from the residents. The residents are upset. Who can help in just re8turning the resident's private property?
Love this place
Marshal called & left a message for prn housekeeping position, when I returned her call she was rude as hell didn''t know anything about the position. You all will never get good employees while she''s working there.
Workers thr at night put themselves aside so many to make sure the residents have what they need first. I am proud of my very considerate nurse Who loves what he Does....ALL THE WAY.. 💬💯
Patients: Do not tick off the staff. If they get an idea the patient is uncooperative or uncommunicative, sulking or whatever, they will black ball that patient and ignore their requests. Be as self- sufficient as possible. No temper tantrums.
Some, certain, great staff, place needs adjustments, probably new management, but overall okay just needs to do betta
