To place your love ones in this establishment would be your worst decision ever! There are numerous complaints about Dana Milligan the Director of Nursing on how she sweeps everything under the rug and corporate validates all the mess she does. What corporate needs to do is get her out their building because she’s sabotaging it. I’ve never seen this facility in this shape and I’ve work in this facility on numerous occasions for the last 10 years. The tasteless behavior she displays, her work lacks cohesion and her leadership is pointless. I pray these families get their love ones out of here soon. Too bad I can’t rate this as a zero!!!

This place is by far the worst facility standing. This is the 2nd time in two weeks that the fourth floor has had a case of bed bugs. They didn’t execute the situation properly. They never threw the mattresses away. The kitchen staff just had a fight the other night and guns were brought to the facility. The DON and Administrator are covering up a lot of stuff in that facility. They wrongfully fired the kitchen manager. I come to visit my cousin all the time and there is mold in his room. They recently had a bat in the facility. The food that they feed the residents is horrendous. Most of the residents refuse meals daily. Something needs to be done fast. And if you call corporate they DO NOT RESPOND!

As a former employee and recent agency nurse that has worked this building for many years this is the WORST shape I have seen this facility! The DON/administrative staff has a very high turnover and they do not care for these residents, always trying to cover up their mistakes. DON(Dana Milligan)had me removed from the schedule because I wouldn’t false document on a resident with a serious injury that was obtained and reported when I wasn’t present. The “complaint hotline” is a joke as nobody has ever returned my call on several issues that I reported nor did the Owner Mr. Yossi after several emails sent, no response! The good staff gets mistreated and banned while the lazy staff gets away with any and every thing! If you care about your loved ones I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND sending them to ANY ALLIANCE buildings. Mr. Yossi talks good but the buildings are only as good as the OWNERS and the people he hire to run his buildings! If I could give 0 stars I would.. BE W A R E & you have been WARNED! *CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT NEEDS TO BE CONSIDERED BY ALL CONTRACTORS/STAFF & FAMILY MEMBERS AFFECTED BY THIS COMPANY THATS BEING RAN BY TERRIBLE ADMINISTRATION *

My mom was placed at this facility yesterday around 3:30. She had just had hip surgery and was going there for rehab. Here are a few of her complaints that she told me before she discharged herself today. 1. Third shift was so loud and obnoxious. Talking loud and conversations in the halls loudly while residents were trying to sleep and slamming doors. As a CNA for 7 years I tried asking her if what she possibly heard was third shift doing their rounds, and she said no, they were conversing in the hall for all to hear, laughing, cutting up, and carrying on. Which is something you usually do at the nurses station, but even then at low volume since residents are sleeping. 2. They would ignore her call light, but answer her roommate’s. 3. Her CNA on 2nd shift forced her to wear a depends, despite her being fully continent and brought her own underwear. She just needed help/supervision going to the bathroom, but instead wanted her to use the bathroom on herself so they didn’t have to assist her to the bathroom. I have done plenty of admissions and I know in the paper work it will tell you if they are continent or not because it’s something CNA’s have to know. 4. My mom is supposed to have her pain medicine every few hours, NOT 12. She said the nurse gave her her pain medication at 2 am. My mom had just had pain medicine when she left the hospital around 3/3:30 pm. I know sometimes facilities can run behind, but her medications are also noted on her papers when admitted. I have a hard time understanding why it took 12 hours for her to get her medication. She called my dad at 12:37 am to tell him to come get her in the morning, and he did. When she was leaving, the supervisor came in to figure out why she wanted to leave, and notes were taken. I advised her to file a complaint with the facility if she hasn’t already, and the NC Board.
