Very disappointed in our loved ones care in the nursing facility. Basic supplies for general bathroom upkeep and hygiene are are always lacking. Rooms are not kept clean and food is inedible. There is no special dietary consideration for individual patient nutrition. Food and beverage choices are in short supply . It seems there are no daily medical assessments or vitals taken and attention is only given once something is wrong, and family requests medical intervention, as opposed to ‘catching’ an impending illness/infection in an early stage.

Horrible place to send your loved ones. They have incompetent management and this is why there''s always a misunderstanding. Human Resources violates employees by spreading their personal information around the facility. The soiled utility rooms are by far the most dirtiest rooms on the facility. There are only a handful of good nurses at this particular location and that''s truly not enough to render the care to all that are receiving treatment there. There is a new management company that has bought this disastrous location and unfortunately the issues that are there will still remain because the new management is no different than the old management. Very scandalous and neglectful place of business. Selective individuals do NOT wear face masks as they should. They waltz around the building as if it''s not a requirement. Theyre so short staffed there, they had to take the employees that were hired as housekeepers and employ them to do CNA work. The CNAs are a joke! Residents receive cold food all throughout the day, depending who is and who isn''t assigned to work on the unit. They steal time from you and punish nurses that were working in hostile work environment by delaying their sign on bonuses. There is a lot of prejudice there. Minority employees work harder than their white counterparts and they give lack of care to ALL the residents, no matter their ethnicity. If you''re not one to visit your loved ones often at this location, expect for them to be abused. I would never recommend this location for treatment or employment to ANYONE. I quit working there due to the toxic environment. When I tell you management is incompetent from the top to the bottom, that''s exactly what I mean. Read the reviews for this horrible place before sending your family here.

My dad was brought there a few weeks ago for rehab from WMC after a fall an possible stroke and is doing great. Although they are understaffed, like everywhere else, they were attentive, kind and caring. The medical staff and the social workers were great with him and he is almost back to normal. I showed up at different times every day and he was always clean and comfortable. He had a few medical issues while there and was immediately and correctly cared for. The staff and front receptionist always greeted me by name, which is unusual. I highly recommend this facility for rehab.
