My husband had to be admitted unexpectedly after a two week stay at a local hospital. He was weak, had lost weight and was confused. The nursing staff and aides at Windsor House were compassionate and understanding. As his spouse, I was "a wreck", but was treated with respect and no question was unimportant and got an answer. Thank you Melissa - and Amy for getting me through the intake and discharge process with compassion. I hope not - but in the future, if it is needed again, this is the first place we will contact for placement.
