My Mom had a stroke and was in a different place at first and it was just awful! From the first time my Dad & I walked through the doors, we knew this place was different. The staff from top to bottom has been caring and supportive to myself, my dad and most importantly, my mom. She passed away yesterday and 3 members of her care team cried with me and you could tell that this was much more than just a job to them. They helped ease my pain. Nobody ever wants to put their family in assisted living or memory care but if you have to - this is the place. Thank you to every staff member there ❤️

The nursing staff was amazing. Everyone was very kind. Other than a small hiccup the first night that we got there with what was happening with his pain meds. The night nurse seemed a little reluctant to give him or didn't understand the orders that were placed for him as far as pain management went and my sister was left dealing with him and a very confused and agitated state. And we had to call the hospice nurse who didn't show up until later the next day. But other than that everything went very well. We were treated well, and I felt that my father was very well taken care of.

My tour at Windsor Court was nice. It was an older building but had been updated. And it looked lovely. I thought they had done a really great job of transforming an older facility. Overall, I though they were great. They were just a bit farther away from where I live.
