I am an employee at Windmill Manor. I love working at Windmill because Management and staff truly go the extra mile for the residents.
This facility is poorly ran! First of all they constantly make their staff work super short staffed and they need agency but refuse to get it due to the administration! The residents are not taken care of at all the way they should be. They overwork their staff constantly due to the lack of help. If...
This facility is poorly ran! First of all they constantly make their staff work super short staffed and they need agency but refuse to get it due to the administration! The residents are not taken care of at all the way they should be. They overwork their staff constantly due to the lack of help. If you go to them about a problem you will be completely ignored. This place is super unprofessional having staff fight in front of residents. I would not put my loved one in this facility!

The nurses & aids that work in the Dementia unit are the most loving caring bunch ever! When our mother was dying, they were in there constantly checking on her, giving her medication, plus bring us drinks & snacks. I would recommend them to everyone!! They were so much appreciated!!
