I must extend my deepest gratitude to Megan, who went above and beyond to help us transition my mother-in-law into the community. Her patience, warmth, and readiness to assist in any way possible made a world of difference for our family. She took the time to ensure that both my family and my mother-in-law fully understood the transition process, and her support was invaluable in making this significant change a smooth and positive experience. The impact of the move to Sand Sage of the Highlands was evident within just the first week. We witnessed a dramatic improvement in my mother-in-law''s overall health and demeanor, which was truly heartwarming to see. I''ve worked here with EmpowerMe Wellness, an onsite outpatient therapy company, for about 9 months, and in that time, I''ve witnessed every day how the staff truly love and care for the residents. The residents respond with the same affection towards the staff. The resident''s families have voiced their appreciation for the wonderful care their loved ones are receiving here. I''ve worked in several nursing facilities the past 20+ years and Sand Sage of the Highlands ranks as one of the best! I love working at this community.
