Absolutely the worst place to send people, this place is more like a psych ward than a nursing home, all the patients there looked like they were as high as a kite on medication dancing around and looking all happy, it''s not cool to drug the elderly. Also they neglected care to my grandmother, she had a very nasty infection and was hallucinating badly, my mother had to pull her out of here and take her to the Ann Arbor hospital to get her proper treatment, my grandma would have died here if we didn''t pull her out of this place. This is where high class Michigan snobs and Karens need to be held at, not the innocent elders, shame on you people for neglecting the care of the elderly for your own benefit.

The staff was very helpful with all of the needs of my family member. Highly recommend using this facility.
Willowbrook has exceptional staff from nursing to dietary and everything in between. Employees listen to the residents and family requests and try to go above and beyond what is asked. I would recommend Willowbrook Manor to those who are looking for rehabilitation or long term placement!

I love the staff at this facility. They are so friendly and caring about the residents and their families. The nurses are wonderful and do an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for somewhere for their loved on.
