My mother in law and recently my mother both have spent time at Willow Crossing. They both enjoyed the food and being brought coffee and ice water through out the day. All the staff that we dealt with were very friendly and always helpful. Both moms did well and were able to return home. The facility was clean and fresh. The new Memory Care wing is beautiful and state of the art.

We are so thankful we chose Willow Crossing for my dads rehab. He of course wanted to be home, but when that was not possible Willow Crossing was a God send. The staff was AMAZING!!! Because of Covid-19 we could not visit dad, but we were able to go to his room window to see him. We talked to dad daily on the phone. He was always excited to talk about the sweet things the staff was doing for him to brighten his day. He especially loved the food they served. He said it was some of the best food he ever had, and trust me, my mom is an excellent cook. My dad could be a little demanding at times, and he did nothing but complain about the hospital. When the Dr. told him he would have to go to a rehab facility before going home we were all worried he would hate that even more. Not the case. He truly did love the staff at Willow Crossing. Unfortunately because of my dads damaged lungs from working at the Golden Foundry he took a turn for the worse and ended up back in the hospital where he lost his battle with COPD. I know that because of the therapy and care dad received at Willow Crosing it gave us a few more quality weeks with him. When we told some of the staff that dad had passed they were extremely compassionate and cried with us. I live in Crawfordsville, IN. I told my husband and son if I have to ever go into rehab I want that place to be Willow Crossing!! The family of David Keith Gilbert will never be able to thank the staff at Willow Crossing enough for making a horrible time in our lives bearable. May God bless you all!! ❤❤❤

If you really want your family member to be in a good, well staffed, caring facility DO NOt bring them to this facility!! I have a sibling who is in this facily and they are always messing up meds, appointments to doctors ( very important appointments) and no one seems to be able to give a true honest answer when they are questioned by me or a family member about their mistakes. I wish I had good things to say about this place but unfortunately I don''t!
