My father in law has been staying here for about one-two weeks and it is HORRIBLE. The picture below is his dinner today 3/4. A few nights ago he got up to use the bathroom, couldn’t find the strength to walk back to his room & was ignored by nurses when he was yelling out for help. A nurse literally walked right by him & a janitor had to call her out on it so she can finally help him. The staff is so rude it’s disgusting.

My sister has been at this facility for two years every time myself or any family member has visit her they all evaluate the place as disgusting and an inappropriate facility to have patients in such condition. We ask questions to staff, doctors, nurses and CNA’s as they all look so nice and respond so pleasant you would try to understand we are all under staffed and under paid. This should not be an excuse and acceptable solution to continue this situation as Pictures in the web sight are looking awesome and beautiful as taken to show how the facility could look if taken care of every day as they should. However, once in my sisters room her end table was full of nasty dried shake as a f it was left for days, I asked for cleaning products, broom and mop to clean her room. They stated the cleaning person called out, stating they have only 1 cleaning person who comes in 5 days a week sooooooooooooooooo for the rest of the day and 2 days out the week the place will not be cleaned. Living in a different state makes this situation very difficult to transfer her. You will not stop trying

They brought my mom to an appointment and made her sit there for hours, despite me calling twice a few days before AND the morning of telling the whole team and the nurse supervisor that those apts were cancelled. The nurse gave me attitude on the phone saying "yeah, we know that because she was just hospitalized a lot of appointments get cancelled", THEN they proceeded to take her to the freaking appointment in the Bronx (with a doctor that wasn''t qualified for her condition) and make her sit there for hours!!!! Another day, they never got a ride to the specialists appointment so I had to go and get my mom and help her into the car, with no assistance from their staff at all, not even holding the doors open (luckily my boyfriend was there to help). DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. I would call everyday and visit multiple times a week because it was hard getting updates from nurses, during a very critical point in my mother’s life. They started getting annoyed by my persistence so they kept forwarding my calls, transferring me 3 times, and then telling me that the doctor wasn''t there to speak to, or that the nurse was busy and she would never call back. Very frustrating
