They will not keep you informed of any health incidents. They are understaffed and nurses lie to you about their response time. The first day, the nurses and social worker puts on a big cheerful act and promise anything. The hospice (Gentiva) was horrid... Choose carefully and call your loved one daily, if you can even reach them. .Listen carefully to what they say. They are being overheard.
