Read moreChef changed right after mom got there. Food was not good, often cold. They couldn't keep staff and the Temps did not respond to mom very quickly. Everyone was leaving, horrible food, poor aides with the exception of one.
My mother gets top notch care at Whitley Place. The staff here really care for her. We are so blessed by all the wonderful people that care for her here.
We were not even here 24 hours - it was the worst experience. There was poop on the toilet seat, the lightbulbs in the room did not work, they hung her tv and it fell off the wall and nearly knocked her out. I visited the next morning after moving her in at 1030 and they had still not fed her breakf...
