You are right about the new owners, they have no idea on how to run a business, maybe into the ground. Building definitely needs an update in certain areas. Resident rooms are full of dust and spiderwebs. The food looks like dog food, and has no nutritional value. Residents are left to sit in urine the whole day, while staff just sit and watch tv and play on there cellphone. My rating is an F, think before placing a loved one in this facility.
