Drama, foul mouth folks, Residents waiting for call lights to be answered. Residents being spoke to in a disrespectful manner. Sad situation. I pray I never have to go to a place like that.

I am very happy to be back at Whispering Pines Lodge. The staff are wonderful!
This is the 3rd time my family member has been to this facility. Each time it has gotten worse and worse. My family member has cried just about every day she has been there due the treatment she had received at the facility. Every thing from not wanting her to use a bed pan, not giving her medicine ...
This is the 3rd time my family member has been to this facility. Each time it has gotten worse and worse. My family member has cried just about every day she has been there due the treatment she had received at the facility. Every thing from not wanting her to use a bed pan, not giving her medicine correctly so she can have her dialysis correctly. The last straw was last night when they did not bring her any evening meal and I had to go and bring her food up so she could eat because the facility did nothing to resolve the issue. She dibetic has to eat. We will be looking to transfer her of this facility as soon as we can. If I could give negative stars I would.
