PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE!! NO STARS FROM ME AND MY FAMILY! This place is disgusting and needs to be shut down. My mother was sent here in February 2024 because it was close to her dialysis center (Big mistake). I had to call the front desk every time she had to go to dialysis for someone to help her get dressed. They would leave her in a soiled under garment for hours (one time because her aide had to go on break and didn''t informed anyone else to change her) One time when my sister went to visit her she had to change our mother because she was soiled. When I tried to get her transferred to another facility, the social worker only send her referral to the one facility that didn''t take dialysis patients. I requested her referrals to be sent to 3 other facilities that were never sent. The rooms and bathrooms are outdated, nasty, no remote for the TV. When we tried to call her, the phone would ring for the patient in the next bed.Thank God she had her cell phone. After I continued to complain, they moved her to another room and she laid in that room with no phone or tv for about a week. She finally got a phone 3 days before she was discharged and a tv the day she was discharged. The staff would always scramble around like they were doing something for our mother only when one of our family members came to visit. We had to make sure one of us showed up everyday. My mother called me one night from her cell phone (because she still didn''t have a phone) to tell me her room was hot and she couldn''t breathe. I called the front desk to complain. One of the staff went back to my mother''s room and told her to Stop calling the front desk. I was so angry. I talked to the main supervisor/manager once about our complains. I called again and left a message but she never called me back. The day and night staff did not communicate with each other to see what my mother''s needs were. I could go on and on about this awful place and the treatment she received. My mother has passed on and is resting in heaven and I thank God everyday that she didn''t take her last breath in that dreadful place.

All I gotta say is stay away

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. THEY ARE USING DIRTY NEEDLES AND NOW MY MOTHER IS ILL WITH A VIRUS IN HER BLOOD KILLING HER BLOOD CELLS.
