Since she’s dead now, I’ma tell u straight. My grandma Gloria Janet Plank, my mama’s mama, Died a couple years ago in the Westbury facility in Jackson, GA, and the nurses there would let my grandma lay in her own filth, pee/poop for Hours before attending to her or before coming to clean her, and they weren’t good about bathing her either. They made a fuss about me complaining on here when she was alive, but they deserve it now that she’s dead and that she died while she was in their care and facility. Thankfully the BrightMoor nurses that came to visit my grandma were angels on earth and treated her way better than the nurses than the nurses at Westbury. Many nurses there seem like all they care about is getting a paycheck- if that. I would NOT recommend putting your loved one here. The nurses and staff didn’t even care how my grandma’s food was to b prepared so she could eat in her last days, and they lost some of her laundry there when she was coherent as well. My mama’s mama Hated it there- Hated it so much that she was finally able to break free and find freedom by dying while she was living in Westbury in Jackson, GA. Take your loved one somewhere where they actually Care about the people living there- if you can afford it. Westbury’s opinion on what I have to say has no meaning on me. I’m speaking facts, and we have no more reason to darken their door because my meemaw Died @ Westbury in Jackson, GA. Just like the others who died there while my meemaw was living there… Facts.

Everyone is so nice and supportive of our mom. She gets great care.
Westbury has been such a blessing to our family. I believe they maintain high standards of service and care not only for the patients but for the families. We appreciate the fact of knowing our loved ones are safe and well taken care of.

My father was recently admitted at Westbury and I must say I am pleasantly surprised at how welcoming, clean and comfortable the facility is and the staff has been so supportive, kind and helpful it has a pleasure meeting them. I couldn’t really ask for better treatment. The residents seemed happy...
