Thank you for all the happy years.

Would never recommend this place! In November 2022 only one nurse per floor and two CNA’s. A nurse called me at 2am because my family members medication was not there from the hospital. I asked why she wasn’t calling the doctor on call. Her answer was he won’t answer the phone at this time! The doctor went in once the days my family member was there and only discussed golf and his affiliation with a local country club. I asked for him to call me three times. Never received one call from him. He sent a bill over $300 though. My family member checked out AMA as they didn’t put surgical stockings on him, didn’t provide PT other than a short walk and balloon toss for 15-20 minutes once a day. Legs were all swollen. When leaving I heard two employees. One asked what the other was doing snd the CNA answered “taking care of the people I hate”. I complained to the nurses submitted a complaint to the social worker who all agreed the place was lacking! I told the social worker it is her responsibility to do something with such low staff the safety of those patients is at risk. She agreed. The nurse told me the CNA’s are paid less than McDonald’s which is awful! But they shouldn’t work there if they aren’t meant for that type of work in their heart. Nor should the doctors! The place should be closed but sadly not many quick options for people. I would strongly urg you to look elsewhere and wait for a professional establishment especially if you’re longing for term needs. I could go on it was not a good place. Took him to the urgent care when we left.
