Terrible! The staff treats you bad, your light stays on for hours and they treat you like a piece of property. I don't recommend.

All I had to do was provide them with a print out of my personal and medical insurance information and a list (preprinted) of my medications and supplements. Other than that, I just lay on the gurney and answered questions about my symptoms. I was treated promptly and with care. I am glad that I went to Memorial Hermann. The last time I had to call 911 was long before the pandemic and I was much sicker. I went to another hospital where, with the exception of a few individuals, I was treated with impatience and indifference. Not going back there if I can help it.

The rooms are nice. But the reason I give them a 1 star review is because their food, service, and employees are not good. First off their food isn’t very well cooked 90% of the time. And even when it is their serving sizes are laughable small. Second their service is really bad, you get the sense all they care about is getting the food to you and than calling it good. They aren’t concerned if your food is good or if you need any help. Thirdly, their employees are not very friendly. A couple are ok but for the most part they just want to be left alone and it seems like it’s a huge bother if they have to help you out. They treat you in a way that makes you feel unimportant. It’s unfortunate because I really like the rooms I just wish the rest of the place would be a little better.
Read moreI have had two family members who have had health issues over the last couple of months and both had to visit the hospital. One had tests done in Cardiopulmonary and the other had to have surgery. Both received excellent care. We appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the staff.
