Basically on your own without a patient advocate. Terrible experience for my Father and entire family
Such a warm and caring place. The staff always put the residents first and will do anything for them. There is no place else i would trust with my family!
Wellsville Manor Care Center is a wonderful facility. They constantly go out of their way to take care of DAD and make him feel like a VIP. Thank you to the Nursing and Support Staff for all that they do for DAD.

Horrible experience for my friend. Nurses ordering narcotics to sedate my friend''s mother saying lethargy was her new baseline despite. NP in June during telemed visit was very knowledgeable and provided valuable input but the nurse said their medical director was above her and allowed them to order controlled substances independently without contacting anybody else. Never saw that dude director either via telemed or person. Nurse on north wing refused to arrange telemed visit when my friend requested and I was there. She said, "I do not think so." We took out of that place my friend''s mom AMA and f/u with DOH report. I only can imagine what those nurses are allowed to prescribe or do there without license to do so for people whose family were not present. How can you say to family that you do not think you need to contact medical provider per request? What are those nurses doing working in healthcare because they do not even practice under their license as nurses? Nobody I talked to said nurse whether nurse manager or not can prescribe and decline to arrange medical visit to family? Horrible!!! Would not even recommend for enemy!!! Their medical director is probably not much better as them! Can''t believe this is what is still happening in 21st century!!!

I wouldn’t even rate this facility one star if I didn’t have to. My brother was admitted to the hospital and the only reason I knew is because the HOSPITAL called to tell me he was being released. I tried to get updates on him and no one returned my calls. I left messages with the social worker Jessica and she didn’t return my calls. After my brother was discharged and no one returning my calls I did get a call from the supervisor a few days later who I may add called my home phone when my cell phone was clearly stated as my primary number. ( she told me this when she got me on my cell phone) My brother was being sent to the hospital for what she stated an evaluation. He died 6 hours later and I’ve never received a call from them.
