This has been the 2nd time my Father has stayed there. The people were friendly and caring. I think the quality of care was great. The transport people got him to his Drs appointments on time. And physical and occupational therapy there I thought was awesome, they always kept me informed about his care. One of his nurses even called me at home to ask me a question.

My father went here for rehab and sat in a wheelchair all day. The staff came and made the bed as you can see with a dirty blanket and pillow case. Along with the bed bug on the sheets and water bug they stepped on and left it there. If you want your parents to be neglected this is the right place. This know more than a gathering building for the staff to hangout.

My Grandfather was admitted to this facility for rehabilitation for a few days prior to the family removing him for safety precautions. The responsibility for the day to day at the facility was continuously passed off to the next person. The lack of cleanliness along with the level of disrespect, disregard, unprofessionalism and incompetence is unbelievable. I urge the City along with State officials to investigate. I firmly believe that retraining and/or restaffing is needed at this time. Lastly, please hear the cry of the people who do not have someone to advocate for them.

I am a little late in doing this , sorry to the staff . I had a complete knee replacement in March and the hospital after 4 days asked me to choose a facility and after reviewing a list they gave me I chose Wellington, and that was a great choice. My wife was my advercit when I was on my pain meds in the beginning. But let me tell you I found that facility to be great , the staff are the best. Whenever I asked for anything they were able to take of it. The rehab staff had me up moving and I was out of there, walking , in less then 3 weeks. Thank you to All the Staff from nursing, Dr''s , nursing assistants, general and rehb, you All do great work. I guess the best way to say thanks , if I ever need to go to reab facility I would choose Wellington !!👍👍
