Trust me!....LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES 🤨 😖👎,I''M GETTING MINE OUT OF THERE!!!
This place is a dump. Staff neglects residents. They don’t clean their rooms. The furniture is older than the building. Do not send your loved ones here!

I have been at the Laura''s of hamilton for almost 2 months now. Before here I was at Oxford Healthcare. Oxford Healthcare was short staffed and in an old building. I would rather be back at back at oxford. I wish it didn''t shut down. I miss it. Here at the laurels I can''t get medical treatment. My toe on my left foot has hurt me the whole time I''ve been here and I''ve still not received treatment for it! But they can have the police her to search our rooms and find nothing but smoking tobacco products and vapes!. It was an extremely horrible violation of privacy! Apparently tobacco products are so muchmore important than medical treatment. Don''t send your family here where medical treatment is is put second! I really liked it in the beginning but the violation of privacy and poor medical treatment has changed my mind!!! Bad food, some aids don''t respond to lights! Denise and Kay are only staff that get stuff done! Poor management.

Would like to thank my entire staff at Laurels of Hamilton for all their hard work and dedication over the past two years. I have watched them go above and beyond day after day, shift after shift to provide for our guests. I’ve seen them sitting with dying guests when no family was present, seen them playing games with guest who have not played in months. They have picked up extra shifts so all patients can be cared for and they have shown tremendous patience during stressful times. Your ‘caring’ has been noticed when you thought no one was watching!
