I would give the food a 5, the staff a 5 also. I had zero complains while my mother was living there. I feel it is hands down the best facility in Granbury.
We've had a great experience at Waterview The Cove. I appreciate all of the upbeat staff and the activities they have to offer! I would definitely recommend them to other families!!
We toured Waterview The Cove Assisted Living and it was great! The staff was great, cleanliness and friendliness were great, also. However, it was cost prohibitive for us for Assisted Living.

My mom moved into The Cove at Waterview's assisted living. We chose them for their activities, the meal options, and the staff. Those were the 3 things that really stood out. They've got weekly things that they do, like last week it was "Seniors Gone Wild." They have baseball watching parties for the Texas Rangers baseball team. They've got meet and greets and happy hours. I think, at some times of the year, they have bus trips outside too. I have not tried it, but my mom has told me she likes the food. The staff has been very friendly, very informative, and they all appear like they really like working there. They've got multiple rooms that they can have activities in. There's an exercise room, and they've got an in-house physical therapy person. They also have a library, a couple of the bigger rooms have TVs available to watch movies or sporting events, and the place is in really good repair and very good upkeep.
Read moreThe Cove at Waterview was very nice and the place was big. I didn't see a lot of people, but the lady that I talked to was very nice and very easy to speak with. It was very nicely done, very clean, and well-kept. The outdoor spaces were also very nice, well taken care of, and well maintained.
They made me feel very welcome and the tour was very comprehensive and informative. They were not pushy with marketing, and transparent on pricing and the business part. Waterview is a beautiful community.
