You won’t be listened to, you will get sexual harassment from residents and yet the managers will still make you intereact with the issues without solving the issue. Their pay is low. The kitchen staff has the worse attitude ever. You also won’t get any days off and you won’t get paid over time either.

Watermere Flower Mound is not Assisted Living. It should not be listed as AL, it is independent living only. No medical staff other than contracted nurses for few. Facility staff are not allowed to assist falls, etc.
