The facility does not have trained attentive staff that specializes in wound care, despite indicating they do (otherwise my friend wudn''t have been assigned there). If they are trained, then extreme negligence was the issue in regard to my friend who was assigned there for care in February. His wounds were not bandaged or treated according to the attending physician''s directions, as I witnessed firsthand n reported to administrative staff. He was there only a little over a week before he had to return to the hospital due to improper wound care that resulted in his drain being dislodged. He ended up not returning to the facility, as planned, so I requested his personal items be made available for pick up. The facility never returned my calls, nor have his personal items been forwarded by the facility since. The mention of this facility at the hospital drew the same response: "problems, problems, problems". Avoid this facility if u can, advocate strongly n often for ur loved ones if u cannot. Good luck.

I stayed for five years and a hand full of months. I had a great staff and pretty good food. I definitely would recommend this for your loved ones in need of a long term care or even hospital recovery.

Do not put your relative in this place. It is dangerous!

Horrible place wouldn’t clean the floors and can barely take care of my dad bad service and treated my dad pretty bad my mom literally had to clean up the room herself.
