What a fantastic experience I had at Warm Springs Rehab! It''s a nice building, but it''s the staff that make the Rehab. From Robert and the kitchen staff, Angeluc and the maintenance crew, on up to Dr. Wayment and Dr.Sanders. Such an uplifting experience for me. Gloria, Karen, Tametra, Purity, Mona, Niovi, Adriana to list a few of the Med Techs, LVN''s and CNA''s that cared for me. Anthony. Edna, Mary, Andres..the most compassionate, caring Nurses. Andres got me through every day. Cleo and Felicity are the most caring young ladiesFantastic person. OT Jason Cota is the soft-hearted therapist that hently guided me thru exercises to help me walk again; along with PT Justin B. tender-hearted, kind spoken PTA and Bri Moreno, a warmhearted student that has a bright future ahead of her. Grueling days for me and a lot of pain in such a gentle, caring way, knowing exactly what it''d take to walk again. There''s not a team of staff at the rehab.... there''s family that works together, to encourage and guide to make me be able to say, I''m able to walk on my own, walk up and down 12 stairs on my own and I''m being discharged today. Thank you to all who have played a part in my life for the last 2 weeks.

I have spent the last 92 days under the care of this hospital. I can say without a doubt I couldn''t have received better care. From therapy, nursing, dietary, housekeeping to case management, they are the best. dietary

I wish I could give this place two different ratings, one for therapy and one for nursing. Let me start off my saying the therapist are all amazing. John, Sarah, Meagan, and Jazmin all did an incredible job with my husband. They made us feel welcomed and loved and cared for my husband as if he was a close friend or family of theirs. I would rate the therapy aspect a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And I would definitely recommend people going for out patient therapy. Nursing on the other hand… I have no words to express how I feel about nursing other than run away from being impatient. Most nurses that dealt with my husband were careless, rude, and seemed uneducated as to how to care for him properly. There were many huge mistakes done on their behalf and every time there was a stupid excuses for it but nothing was ever done to fix the problem other than telling me “we promise to fix it”. My husbands hygiene was poor. They missed medications that made him seize. He now needs thousands of dollars worth of dental work because his teeth were never brush correctly. One time I even walked into his room to find that he had been without AC when it was scorching hot outside. I would never recommend Warm Springs to anyone seeking to be impatient here.

What a wonderful facility. The staff worked together well as a team, that included all departments. My nursing care on the 4th floor was on top of everything asking me if they can get me anything before leaving the room, friendly and professional. Amy, Gloria stood out, Dr Kristine went out of her way to get me a follow up with the Ortho Dr. Physical therapy amazing group, I had sessions with quite a few people.Shannon, Bree, Miguel, Rob . Thanks to Dr Fred and his staff, what a pleasure they made it for me.
