Front desk guy in the ER and lady at the nurse desk were very nice but the MD Robert Graham what a joke.
Definitely 0 stars . Got there and the short guy in glasses wearing crocs was super rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and gas going there . He doesn’t give you any time to talk even after asking a question. He just makes you feel stupid instead .
My mother-in-law was there for three weeks in the swing bed program, and was discharged. They barely did any therapy with her. A week after being discharged, she ended up back at the hospital with an enormous wound and sepsis. The wound started from the inside (in her colon) because of treatment ...
My mother-in-law was there for three weeks in the swing bed program, and was discharged. They barely did any therapy with her. A week after being discharged, she ended up back at the hospital with an enormous wound and sepsis. The wound started from the inside (in her colon) because of treatment she received at Warm Springs. Staff basicaly left her alone in the room for most of her stay. I would not recommend!
