I have told some people already that I think they are outstanding. My experience there was great. They were very protective of the people living there pre pandemic. They were qualified and did a great job. The thing that impressed me most was the front line staff. The nurses and aides were as friendly as could be. I got the impression that the people actually cared. Some people do it as a job. This was a calling. They were wonderful. My loved one was always smiling and happy to them because they made her feel happy. When she was moved and in pain, they would sit there and walk her through what they needed to do for the well being of my wife. It's an older facility but the cleanliness and quality of care was excellent. That is why I picked it. They have a nurse on duty 24-7. They were gracious and informative. They worked extremely well with hospice. I can't recommend them enough.

Our family had an in person tour experience and at the time I was not her guardian so it was all about what she wanted, and she is still in denial about having early onset dementia. However it was to no fault of the community, she did not think she would have anything in common with the memory care residents, so we ended up moving her into an independent community because she just wasn't quite ready for memory care.
