My mother has been at Villa since 11/2021. She has had excellent care. No one wants to be in a facility but she says she is very satisfied with the staff who attend to her. While Villa struggles with the same issues of staff shortages as everyone else, there has been almost no turnover so she has grown to be very friendly with them. The treat her very kindly and with great patience. Unfortunately, she is nearing the end of her life journey. The staff at Villa tends to our family as if it were their own family. I would definitely recommend Villa of Springfield. Special thanks to Dorothy, Marilee, Ashley and all those whose names I may not know.

Friendly clean

The various employees we met were friendly. Really liked them. They are in the process of changing things to make things more updated and it''s going to be very attractive when they are finished. Enjoyed our visit with one of the residents.
