Staff is courteous and treats my parent with respect. They are available to answer questions and receive feedback. I especially appreciate that I can set up video calls anytime without appointment and almost always can get my video call within a couple hours.

My loved one is there and is complaining about the heat inside. Like come on there’s a heat wave and it’s hotter inside than outside
If I could give 1/2 Star I would. Pick anywhere else. If we didn’t go everyday nothing would get done. Had to ask them over and over for assistance and updates. Never returned phone calls. When he passed one month after being there we called for his cell phone and no one had It. They work with a ...

When he passed one month after being there we called for his cell phone and no one had It. They work with a hospice group who also said they don’t handle the belongings. I called the phone and it rang. The next day disconnected and the number changed. Thankfully it was a prepaid phone but theft is uncalled for. 4 people in a room is too much. Hope they enjoyed his donuts, snacks and sodas that we brought for him. This place is where people are sent to. Please choose another location for your loved one. Begging you please.

Horrible place under staff. Doesn''t take covid guidelines seriously nurses are always in a rush no compassion. Homeless en circle the location you are better off taking your loved one elsewhere.
