If you care about your loved ones please don''t bring them here. The place is criminally understaffed with employees running themselves ragged and seniors not getting the care they need. Its always dirty in there and I don''t blame the staff at all because they''re stretched so thin but the company needs to make changes. They need to hire more help desperately or stop accepting new patients because right now its just a money grab at the cost of real lives

They expect practically no staff to care for 60+ residents. With no staff, they’re still trying to get more residents because all they care about is money. They expect practically no staff to care for 60+ residents. With no staff, they’re still trying to get more residents because all they care about is money. It’s dirty, I saw roaches when I visited and I also saw no more than two staff members the whole time. If you have a loved one who needs care I’d recommend not going here. The residents are overlooked and the building is short staffed, and the people in charge don’t care.

My mom has been at Villa Maria in Plainfield, CT for five years. She is well taken care of and well loved. Currently, mom has COVID. My mom has been at Villa Maria in Plainfield, CT for five years. She is well taken care of and well loved. Currently, mom has COVID. I get a daily update and can call anytime, day or night, to ask questions. The staff are like family - they care as much about me as they do about mom. Placing mom at Villa Maria was the hardest and best decision I have ever had to make. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for placement for their loved one.

Place is horrible. The staff doesn’t care for the patients. My grandmother is in there dying and it was 96 outside and 85 in her room and stuffy. They don’t have ac in the room. Place is horrible. The staff doesn’t care for the patients. My grandmother is in there dying and it was 96 outside and 85 in her room and stuffy. They don’t have ac in the room. The food is hit or miss. Ham, peas, and potatoes or you could get a cardboard burger on white bread with tater tots. They took her food tray and left her table soaking wet. If you ask questions no one has any answers or compassion. Please don’t send your loved ones here.
