I had an in-person tour of Vibrant Life Temperance. There's only 20 people that are allowed in there. And they only have about eight people in there so far. The people there have better cognizance, and so my mom would be able to talk to them. The main place where they would gather for dinner had a TV where they would socialize. They are more one-on-ones with the people. They have memory care. They do more things with the people to make them try to remember better. The staff members were very nice and caring to the people. They have a good menu. They'll do the diet according to the person. They have a room where they have workout stuff. They had a courtyard or a patio. There are restaurants nearby.

We could not have been happier with the treatment my father received. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and caring. They exceeded all of our expectations. We had had to move my father from a different assisted living due to his worsening condition. The previous facility had treated him fine, but Vibrant Life was in a whole other league. The atmosphere was very pleasant and so was his room. They seemed to really think about everything that he needed, and they made great recommendations on how best to help keep him happy and comfortable through to the end of his life. Their attention to every detail of my father''s final journey was outstanding. I would give this place ten stars if I could.

I went to Vibrant Life Temperance. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and a good size. They were getting ready to expand one dining room to two dining rooms. It was going to be two dining rooms and two lounges instead of one of each. I saw the dining area. They didn't have a huge selection, like compared to another place I went, there was more of a variety. So this place had a more limited food selection. I know they plan outings. They just had a baseball game that they took people to that wanted to go. They have an outdoor, like a garden area that people can sit out in or go out in. They can improve on the atmosphere, and just the general looks of the building, and the prettiness of it.

The communication with the staff was ok. I was expecting to have some kind of welcome from the staff and there was no type of care overview during the transition into the community for my loved one.

I was in need of temporary to permanent care for my mother who has cognitive issues and has been unhappy for several years. I worked with [name removed] at both the Sterns location as well as the cottages. [name removed] was such a great help and went over and above for me since my mother wasn't happy at the Sterns location which she only spent a day at. She was moved the following day so that she could have her own bathroom and that still wasn't good enough for her. [name removed] rearranged his day in order to accommodate moving my unhappy mother. Both locations were clean and the staff that I met was very friendly. I had a short and limited experience, but it was all very good on my end.

My wife has moved into Vibrant Life Temperance. First of all, it was the money; they had $900 off for the next three months. That was one of the reasons, and the other was that the place was nice. It's pretty convenient for me, but it is a little farther than where I wanted to put her, but I was impressed with the place. The facility Is very good. Her room is really good too. She is in very bad shape right now, yesterday I went to see her, and she was trying to get rid of me instead of talking to me; so, she must like it there. They have activities, and they have a bus that takes them some places if they want to go. But she can't go anywhere; the only place she can stay is in a wheelchair. They take good care of her.
