My mother was transferred here from the hospital In November. This was our first experience with a rehab. No medications for over 24 hours. I would visit every day and ask for the clinician to call me with an update. She was there for 3 weeks and I never once received a call. I am a physician and am aware that plan of care should be explained to the family. Some of the staff was very angry, most had no empathy. Some nights, her and her roommate would be screaming to get someone in the room. They wouldn’t answer the call bell. They literally turned a blind eye when she was crying out in pain. Seriously, just kept walking by her room. She was impacted. I had to get an ambulance in there to take her to the hospital. They refused to call the doctor and of course had no orders to give her anything. I filled out paperwork to file a grievance against them. No one ever called me. Most of the staff there should not be in that line of work. Please, do not send your family member here. I have never been so shocked to see such a lack of compassion in the medical field. I am a pediatrician and if any of our employees ever treated a patient the way my mom was treated, they would be immediately let go. I would also make sure they were not able to get employed in the field again..

My father was admitted once he was diagnosed with non treatable cancer. He spent his final days at Vibralife. The CNAs really cared about him. Even Matthew of Maintenance was friendly and visited my father between tasks. Marie, Ness, Malasia, Melody were among the stellar caregivers but I could list many more. Every front desk receptionist was welcoming. My only issue was I never spoke with the facility doctor or Nurse practionioner and I didnt think hospice recommendations were carried out timely but as far as nursing cleanliness and overall atmosphere the staff was stellar and Vibra should be praised for the care they gave my father

I was transferred from hospital to here today. Needed inpatient rehab. So far not impressed. Transport brings me told 1 room, then almost there no another room. Bed not made. Have been in this bed Not 1 railing up. None of my meds given. I am living in HELL. Was here 3 days and asked to be sent home for home care. Your meds never on time. Rang call bell at one point to use restroom. My significant other had to take me because no one answered it for an hour and a half. Not much variety in there food, and it''s not very good.
