After 2 1/2 years as a resident of Bentley Village, I have nothing but good things to say about it. I feel safe and cared for and have made many good friendships here. My one bedroom apartment is beautiful, spacious and convenient to so many activities. As a golfer, I appreciate our well maintained course and the superb management team. Duplicate bridge is highly competitive and professionally directed, a plus you rarely see in retirement communities. And the expansive campus offers many opportunities for walking and biking. I am always proud to call myself a Bentley Village resident!
Read moreBentley Village is not good. Management is terrible and that affects every aspect of Bentley Village from the food to the nursing home. Be aware that assisted living is not promised 100%. You spend millions to live there with broken promises. There are much better places in Naples. Choose wisely.

They have a pool and a golf course. You name it, they have facilities for it. It's very clean. I was interested in a two-bedroom with a den. Everything was very nice. Nothing negative at all about it. The only thing I felt was it was a very large place to try to get around and we were probably beyond what we would use it for. I thought it was very pricey but very nice. The staff during the tour was very friendly and very nice. I checked the dining area, but I did not have a meal there. They invited me to stay. They said I could come back and have a meal there.

They were just very expensive, so I think you're paying for the amenity of the golf course, which not everybody would use. They have a couple of dining areas and they're very nice. They're an older community, so they were in the process of building more and expanding. Their places were older.

My parents moved to Vi just at the start of Covid. From Covid through hurricane Ian (this past week), the communication with the residents requested “in case of emergency” contacts, has been superb. When visiting the staff had been professional, thoughtful, and very kind. When my father had a cardiac episode, assistance was there immediately. The peace of mind this gives me is priceless!
