Administrator will lie to get you into the facility, after couple months she will avoid you, and or be very disrespectful and unpleasant.
Moved my grandma to another facility shortly after moving her in at Valley View of northfield and my grandma is already doing 10x better. Tbis is Not a visitor friendly facility. Stating she wasn’t aware, she was in fact aware her name was the name on the emails. Administration lies and Medical assistant they have lies. It’s disgusting. Take your family else where!!’nn

VERY unprofessional HR and management team. friendly HR and nursing at first but you will be written off as soon as you move in. This HR is only worried about the $$ . Not about residents or employees.
