I want to thank the entire staff for the care they gave my Aunt Carolyn. I was a little skeptical about Valley View because it snowing and the roads were iced over so I was unable to visit the facility before she was going to me admitted to the rehab. I called and spoke with Mary in the business office and she was very understanding about my concerns she was very upfront with me. She was h onest and told me they were short staffed. When we arrived at the facility I was amazed at the staff who were there. They were very nice and professional. Ms. Mary the manager came to my Aunts room and greeted us and her warm smile made me know this was the right choice for my Aunt. The rehab facility was always clean and smelled clean. Eventhough I was told they were short staffed we never felt it during my Aunts stay. William, Ms Dee, Kylie(Red), Shawn, the nurses, the Rehab team, housekeeping, food service the entire team did an excellent job at making sure my Aunt was well cared for. They were all very professional and loving not only towards my Aunt but me too. My Aunt would always tell me to go home and that they were doing a good job. Even when we got home she talked about the nice things the staff did for her. We are forever grateful for the entire Vally View staff. I highly recommend Valley View Rehab

This Rehab facility is the worse in Madison county! My mom was here for therapy services and they had to constantly be reminded to do their jobs! This Rehab facility is the worse in Madison county! My mom was here for therapy services and they had to constantly be reminded to do their jobs! She was not being changed when wet , having to wait forever for someone to bring her pain medication and the therapy dept was charging the insurance for services but wasn''t doing it until we called and enforced it! Every excuse they had was they were short staffed which is not acceptable. The only good, caring, compassionate employee they have is Ralph he was the best to my mom and we really appreciate everything he did.

I would never work at this facility ever again they short staff you don’t get help they cheat you out your money they abuse the residents they have rats and roaches.
