Our mother was here for 18 months and though there are some good, caring staff, the management team and others are terrible. No communication whatsoever and subpar care. Find another facility. Don''t place your loved one in this one.
Poor service and communication from staff , major disconnect from staff in front office to operations staffing
I went there very nice place and good service staff!

I would give this place 0 stars. My husband was there for a little over 2 weeks. When I was finally allowed to see him he was in the same clothes I brought him in 14 days earlier. He smelt horribly. He said they always told him to shut up when he asked for anything. Worst of all he had a horrific heel infection which was not cared for. I had him transferred out of there the next day to Sequoia Hospital, where he underwent a debridement of his heel. Unfortunately, it was gangrene and into his bone. Thankfully, he is in a new VA facility and being well taken care for.
