Always short staffed high turnover. I am a current resident and would not make the same mistake again. At the beginning of my stay the day crew was decent but now it is as bad as the night crew. Nurses don''t cover for each other while on break and nurse aids don''t care to understand patients charts to administer proper care based on their health problems. The incompetence of over 75% of the staff should be enough to get their licenses revoked so people won''t send their loved ones here.

My dad''s roommate slipped out of his bed. He was on the ground for over an hour and half before staff arrived. My dad was the one to notify the resident''s wife, not Arcadia. The halls smell like urine. This is a very outdated location. My dad''s nurse got into it with my mom and started arguing with her after my mom handed her my dad''s meds back. Luckily my dad is only there for PT for a few weeks. If you have a choice in case, this isn''t the 1st place I recommend. It is the farthest thing from a resort.

They are friendly and make the days brighter for everyone in the building. 3 years ago my friends Grandpa was in there, they had a horrible experience and everything has really turned around since then. Therapy department is rockin, they are encouranging to the patients make therapy fun for the patients and you can tell they love what they do. The Office staff is SO friendly and helpful. We are always greeted with the sweetest receptionist Gloria. Nursing staff was great despite all their challenges they held their heads up and worked as a team and it showed they were there for the residents. The whole staff all became family to us while we were there for a couple weeks. We will be going back to visit!
