I loved working here Debbie HR is amazing great resource and very knowledgeable. I would love to take the entire staff in as my second family. Everyone I had interactions with was very friendly. Payroll, front desk, scheduler. But Debbie was the best!
Wonderful experience for your loved one. The facility is clean and comfortable and the staff is caring and helpful, treating my family like their own.
80% of the time the food is terrible. 95% of the time the staff is great, and if they could properly staff and not rely on agencies that number would be higher. Especially on weekends.

I''m a tough critic and when a relative had to be admitted here for a short stay after a fall at home I was nervous and scared because of what we think when we think of a nursing home. The facility is in a rural area and very scenic and peaceful. My uncle was so relaxed, its quiet, immaculate, the common areas were all clean and tidy, and the staff was all friendly and welcoming. I could not have asked for a more thorough, thoughtful, and inclusive group of staff members. They were responsive to my questions and put me in touch with the right people to get answers during the admission and when we were going home. Thanks again for everything!

I worked at this facility as an agency nurse on the 7pm to 7am shift. During my shift. I noticed several problems. The 1st unit I worked on had an unlocked medication fridge for liquid lorazepam..There also was no locking container in the fridge itself...all the units have portable ice chests that keep getting refilled but never sent to the kitchen for cleaning....I watched the staff and the residents dig into the ice chest without washing their hands or putting on gloves....at 11 pm, I was told to go work on a other unit...this West unit has about 5 residents sleeping side by side in reclining chairs all night...the chairs act as restraints with the feet rests up....they are not 6 feet away from each other ...and if they need something, there is no call bell for them to use because they are in the middle of the unit....there is no one to watch over them while the staff is busy inside of the rooms.....at 3AM, the night shift supervisor Neville demanded that I Covid swab all 30 residents on the unit.....I refused because I felt like that was disturbing their sleep ....He responded to me by saying he doesn''t care about waking them up.....I don''t even think the families know that they are doing this on the 11pm to 7 am shift....During my 5am medpass, Neville angrily told me to give out the medications and Covid swab at the same time....Due to my refusal, Neville instructed the dayshift nurse to not do the narcotic count with me......At 7:45am, past my shift time I did not have a nurse to accept the keys......Now this facility wants to come after me because I stood up for the residents....The residents have a right to sleep uninterrupted....this is abuse.....and they are illegally restraining people at night in these reclining chairs

Horrible experience. Patient was supposed to go for a procedure. The nurse was instructed to not feed him the morning of the procedure. They fed him (so he cannot get sedation). The patient told them he needed to use restroom. He was told too bad he needs to leave. The commute the location for the procedure was over an hour away. Of course he pooped himself and had to lie in it. Poor care. Would not wish on anyone.
