For potential residents and families. Having to make the progression from home whereby everything is yours. Your surroundings are familiar in many cases where you bought your dream home, raised your family and shared many precious memories. As life would have it sometimes. As we get older our health might fail leaving other options and alternatives to consider. Once having to face such circumstances. Decisions has to be made for placement. Thank God for Tupelo Msg Rehab. Our family meet the challenge of admitting our loved one who was between hospital care and returning home. Deshuan helped tremendously placing my mind at ease. She explained the facility, staff, nsg care, etc. Being a former nurse, I asked questions of which she explained to my satsfaction. The environment in the facility was one of cleanliness, hospitality, professionalism, care and helping with any concerns adapting. As a nurse you look for everything with an eagles eye. I''m a neat, clean person. There was no smells of medication, urine, the usuals that some places have that I was a staff nurse at before. To my surprise it was like walking into any nice office building. The room mate and family were really nice to us. They insisted on helping me get our family member settled in as well. Offering their assistance. I personally thanked the Lord for them, as well. I left with the assurance of trust feeling that they were top notch in their areas of expertise and care since we could not provide it at home. I would in fact recommend their facility for anyone that might need long term or in our case short term placement.

I have previously visited Tupelo Nursing & Rehab Center prior to the new administration changes, and after I must say I am very pleased and surprised. The overall upkeep and décor of the building is great! My first encounter was with Ms. Deshun Adair, she went above and beyond and answered all of my questions thoroughly. It was as if she was admitting her family member. I felt very informed about the facility and all the services they had to offer. I was very pleased with the care my Mother has received from the coordinators to the nursing staff. They have COVID-19 protocols in place, and are taking all the precautions to keep the residents and visitors safe - as well as themselves. This facility really feels like home and I would recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for safe, and quality care. The building is in immaculate shape, and the people are sweet as pie. Thank you Tupelo for everything you have done.
