The staff and their interactions with the residents promote a sense of community and give the residents a wholesome place to reside. Marisa has gone above & beyond with helping me get her services. They''ve been a great resource & only because of them, my Mom has thrived & remains independent. They treat Mom like family & it''s given me such peace of mind that I can even take a vacation without worrying! I stayed here visiting my sick mother in law and was harassed three times in three days. I’ll be honest I’m younger and look a little intimidating but I’m very polite and don’t cause problems. The staff here made these last three days intolerable. The night manager Scott was extremely rude to me while sitting outback and enjoying the weather. I will be calling main office. You don’t want to deal with this staff while trying to get hospice and everything figured out. I am extremely disgusted about how this staff handled my time here
