Husband here after hip replacement. Great staff, everyone nice and caring. The cook is amazing and physical therapy, why they got my husband up and walking in no time. Mr. Al is amazing too with all he does for Town Hall Estates. Should be home very soon💪
Sabino is a great facility, they lead the state in clinical quality and the team is among the best out there. I wish there were more facilities like Sabino!
Terrible staff and service. Rude and unprofessional, the establishment itself is also unkept and unacceptable.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This place is horrible! I am going to leave names and dates out of this as there is going to be an opening to a legal investigation into our situation. My grandparent (We will call this person "gp" short for grand parent) spent approximately 4 days in this horrible institution. GP was sent for rehab, and pain management. GP arrived coherent and in bed. The staff failed to communicate amongst each other in preparation for arrival of gp, which lead to gp not having proper medications available nor proper bedding. gp was then doped up with pain killers that the staff was notified that gp was allergic to, yet administered anyways. gp was over-dosed on medications to the point gp blood pressure dropped and was asleep for almost 36 hours. Town Hall Estates created medical documents without the dr actually doing their job. GP never had their gown changed, bedding changed during their duration of stay. Finally on day 3 concerned family members made the call to have gp extracted from this shameful facility and taken back to a hospital for treatment. To top off the nightmare the charge nurse became aggressive claiming that gp could not leave. This place was literally going to kill gp, and new damn well they were doing it. The medical staff lied, then lied some more to cover their butts. I hope that many read this as a cautionary tale before they put their loved ones through this nursing home of horrors! I think the best solution for this place would be to close it down, fire the entire staff, starting with the malicious married couple who run the place. Spray for bugs because they were everywhere, and then re-open under new management with close supervision from the state!
Read moreMy mother broke her hip and this was the first and only place I wanted her to go. She got the best care and amazing therapy. Therapy department was very caring and compassionate. Got her back on her feet and walking. The administrator and staff treated her like family.
Absolutely love the caring staff there! They treat the residents as if they are their own family!
